Rambhoja

Instructions

Searching for lost treasures is not for the faint of heart. It will test your skills in many ways. You must use your knowledge of Indian geography and history to find clues and follow the path that will ultimately lead to your goal. Here is a guide to set you off on your journey.

  1. You will start your search in a random Indian city.
  2. From there, you will find different informants who may have information about which city to go to next.
  3. Check with the different informants until you get enough information to choose your next city.
  4. Click on the "Choose next place" button to see the list of possible next cities.
  5. Choose which city to go to next, and repeat the process again.
Beware though. If you wander off the correct path too much, you might find yourself at a dead-end. From there, you will have no choice but to backtrack and try a different route, thereby wasting precious time.

You must hurry in your quest. If you make too many mistakes and wind through too many cities, someone else will run away with your treasure. Therefore, check each informant, weigh each city choice, and make a wise decision. Always remember that the way to the treasure you seek is through your knowledge of India.

Good luck, Rambhoja, and may your wisdom guide you well.

Technical note: This game makes extensive use of CGI scripts. If you are using Netscape or other browsers, you might see a dialog box every time you choose a city or informant that "any information you submit is insecure..." blah blah blah. Don't worry, we're not secretly stealing your passwords or anything. In fact, you're not submitting any information at all. The information being submitted is all the variables and things that we've programmed in the background so that the game can keep track of your progress as you play. You don't have to worry about it, and as the box will probably get pretty annoying after a while, we recommend you click off the "Show This Alert Next Time" box. You can turn it back on afterward by going to the Options/Preferences... menu. Have fun playing.
